Our food and drinks menu is a tribute to all of Southeast Asia. We aim to serve traditional dishes and street food, heightened with modern technique, as well as some of own, constantly rotating creations. We use authentic & local ingredients, harnessing smoke and charcoal, to take you to the streets of Southeast Asia in the centre of Hobart.
Our Story
Lost in Asia is for everyone - solo diners, large groups, functions, eaters, drinkers, but most importantly those that want to have fun. Our share plate based menu can take you on a multi-course journey of Asian flavours, or can be the perfect bar snack to accompany hopefully-not-too-many beers, or one of our 100% Asian inspired hand crafted cocktails. We welcome everyone, whether you are taking special someone out for a long dining experience, or just after some drinks and maybe a snack with your friends.
Our beer garden, coming later in 2025, is the perfect place to have some afternoon drinks, to dine outdoors, or even host your next function.

Our drinks selection takes inspiration from all over Asia. Beers from all around the region, even some Thai wines in the mix. The cocktail and tall drinks selection uses all sorts of flavours, fruits and fragrant herbs from the area and rotate constantly. Classics always available.
The beer garden is the perfect place to enjoy a few cocktails with your mates, a round of frosty Tiger pints and some ayam goreng fried chicken, or a pina colada in the sun.
